Well-kept and nicely decorated place with incredible views of city. Tasty food selection. Handy location in La Paz, close to La Paz as well as the restaurant on Sunday evening. Also, to a near-by mountain.

I was offered a room with fantastic views of the mountains. The hotel had a central location and it was right by San Pedro Prison. This venue was in a safe area.
The staff - some of them were unprofessional.

Excellent staff is very friendly, attentive and ready for good service, is the best in the hotel. The hotel is too old as for me, I consider should begin a stage of remodeling. Good location for people who have to make arrangements in the center of La Paz.
Very old hotel, should be remodeled

We got a room with a tub. Location: the hotel was just next door to San Francisco Church, and the main business district and several government ministries. You can find Chez Moustache minutes away from the venue to a have lunch...

We had a great stay at this hotel, with exceptional cleanliness, good facilities, friendly staff, and a location right next to the markets. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a well-maintained bathroom and plenty of hot water. The breakfast buffet had all the essentials - bread, juice, fruit, and yogurt. We were also pleased with the availability of 24-hour front desk attention and on-site parking.
No negatives from this place.

The staff at this hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, always going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They even memorized our names and room numbers! The rooms were spacious and had a lovely view of the mountains. We particularly loved having a large bed to sleep in, it made for a very comfortable stay. The hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the city. We enjoyed being close to the markets and the famous Witch's Market. It was also convenient to have a very good French restaurant, La Comedie, right nearby.
All aspects of our stay at this hotel were perfect.

Big rooms, nice view of the city
Did not have my room cleaned one day. No provision for coffee in the room, bathroom was outdated and it took time for hot water to come out of the faucet

Very friendly and helpful English-speaking staff.
The whole place was chilly, especially the restaurant, which was not pleasant for an evening dining experience.

Located in the heart of the city, close to many tourist sites and a popular French restaurant called La Comedie. The hotel is also close to a nearby mountain offering guests stunning views. The rooms are spacious, the showers are great, and the staff are friendly and always willing to help. the breakfast is decent with a selection of freshly cooked food items to choose from.
The hotel's decor could be more modern.
